• Home warranty providers — Companies that offer protection plans for home systems and appliances
• Home insurance carriers — Licensed insurance companies that may offer quotes based on your submitted information
• Lead distribution partners — Marketing and technology companies through which your request may be routed to identify the best matching service provider
• Affiliate companies — Businesses under common ownership or operating agreement with The Pro Homes

All partners in our network are required to comply with applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act.

Licensed Agents

A "licensed agent" refers to any individual who is:

• Directly employed by The Pro Homes as a sales or customer service representative
• An independent contractor authorized to act on behalf of The Pro Homes
• A licensed insurance agent or broker affiliated with one of our insurance carrier partners
• A certified contractor or trade professional operating as an authorized representative within our network

Licensed agents are trained on compliance requirements and are authorized to discuss services, provide quotes, schedule appointments, and answer questions about any service you have inquired about.

How They May Contact You

By submitting your information on our website, you expressly consent to be contacted by The Pro Homes, its Partners, and/or licensed agents using the following communication methods:

• Phone calls — Including calls placed using automated dialing technology (autodialer) and/or pre-recorded or artificial voice messages
• Text messages (SMS/MMS) — Including messages sent using automated technology
• Email — Including automated marketing and transactional emails
